Platform Scope
LicenseBridge provides workflow management, operational support, compliance coordination, and organiser assistance related to event approvals and event documentation processes.
Platform Charges
All charges paid to LicenseBridge are platform, workflow, operational assistance, and support charges. Payments made to LicenseBridge are for access to the platform, organiser workflow management, documentation coordination, and related services.
Payment to LicenseBridge does not guarantee approval, issuance, processing, acceptance, or successful clearance of any event permission, NOC, or government-related approval.
Final approval decisions remain solely subject to the respective government departments, authorities, venue management, or applicable regulatory bodies.
Government Fees
Government charges, statutory payments, departmental fees, venue charges, penalties, or authority-imposed costs are separate from LicenseBridge platform fees and may be charged additionally wherever applicable.
Organiser Responsibility
Organisers are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, declarations, and submissions shared through the platform are accurate, valid, and legally compliant.
Limitation of Liability
LicenseBridge shall not be held responsible for delays, rejections, cancellations, authority actions, venue restrictions, regulatory changes, or losses arising from event approval decisions or external operational factors.
Refunds
Platform and workflow charges paid to LicenseBridge are non-refundable once organiser workflows, compliance reviews, documentation assistance, or operational processes have started.
